Use of UMW Recordings Inc. brand assets does not grant ownership, partnership rights, distribution rights, reseller rights, API rights, white-label rights, music catalog rights, or authorization to represent UMW Recordings Inc. unless a separate written agreement has been issued by UMW Recordings Inc.

You may use approved UMW Recordings Inc. logos and brand assets only for accurate references to UMW Recordings Inc., including press coverage, approved partner communications, artist or label support materials, platform documentation, and factual references to services provided by UMW Recordings Inc.

You may not use UMW Recordings Inc. brand assets in any way that may confuse users, artists, labels, DSPs, payment processors, rights holders, legal representatives, or the public into believing that an unauthorized website, account, product, company, platform, app, offer, or communication is operated, endorsed, licensed, or controlled by UMW Recordings Inc.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Creating fake UMW pages, dashboards, login screens, payment pages, support channels, forms, emails, social media accounts, or business profiles.
• Using the UMW Recordings Inc. name, logo, or brand assets to impersonate the company, its team, its platform, or its services.
• Modifying, distorting, recoloring, rotating, blurring, animating, stretching, or placing the logo on backgrounds that reduce visibility.
• Using UMW Recordings Inc. brand assets in connection with fraud, unauthorized music distribution, fake royalty offers, copyright infringement, misleading takedowns, phishing, spam, malware, unlawful content, or deceptive commercial activity.
• Registering domains, usernames, social handles, business names, apps, or marketplace listings that may create confusion with UMW Recordings Inc.
• Presenting yourself as an official partner, distributor, reseller, representative, agent, employee, or authorized white-label provider of UMW Recordings Inc. without written authorization.

UMW Recordings Inc. reserves the right to request removal, correction, suspension, takedown, domain action, platform report, legal review, or other appropriate measures against unauthorized, misleading, infringing, or harmful use of its brand assets.

Trademark applications, registrations, business names, trade names, logos, and brand identifiers may be protected under applicable intellectual property, copyright, unfair competition, consumer protection, anti-fraud, and platform integrity rules. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as a waiver of any rights held or claimed by UMW Recordings Inc.
