Artists, labels, managers and authorized representatives may submit projects for professional review and potential distribution, licensing or label-services opportunities.Selected applicants may receive a customized commercial proposal and, where applicable, a distribution or services agreement. Submission itself does not constitute acceptance, guarantee an offer or create a contractual relationship.

Preamble

This contract sets out the agreement between the Label and the Artist concerning the creation, distribution, promotion, rights and royalty collection for recorded music.

1. Contract Object

The object of this agreement is to establish the terms for the production, distribution and management of musical works created by the Artist.

2. Duration

The term of this contract shall begin on [Start Date] and continue through [End Date], unless terminated earlier under this agreement.

3. Label Obligations

3.1. Production: The Label agrees to finance and coordinate the recording of a minimum of [Number of albums] albums during the term of the contract.

3.2. Distribution: The Label will handle digital and physical distribution of the recordings through selected music platforms.

3.3. Promotion: The Label will promote the Artist’s music through campaigns, advertising, public relations and industry outreach.

4. Artist Obligations

4.1. Recording: The Artist agrees to actively participate in recording the albums, adhering to the agreed schedule.

4.2. Exclusivity: During the term of this contract, the Artist shall not record or distribute music with any third party without the Label’s written consent.

4.3. Promotion: The Artist will participate in interviews, concerts and promotional activities requested by the Label.

5. Rights

5.1. Copyright: The copyright to the musical compositions will remain with the Artist, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2. Recording Rights: The rights to the master recordings created under this agreement will belong to the Label.

5.3. Royalty accounting will be processed under the percentage and statement terms agreed by both parties.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a serious breach of the established terms and conditions.

6.2. The contract may be terminated at any time by mutual written agreement between both parties.

6.3. Early termination may apply upon prior written notice according to the agreed notice period.
