record labels and artists to ensure that the content they deliver to the store through our
system is fully licensed or theirs. In case you have any kind of copyright dispute with some
of our clients and cannot reach an agreement, please try to identify the LABEL NAME and contact
of the label that is using your content.

We understand the serious nature of copyright infringement and its impact on creators. Therefore, we’ve built a transparent and secure process for handling disputes:
Immediate Review: All copyright claims are reviewed promptly by our legal compliance team. Documentation Required: To ensure an effective resolution, we require tangible evidence of ownership (e.g. contracts, metadata registration, distribution agreements, timestamps). Integrity First: We do not act on declarations alone. Claims without proper documentation are considered incomplete and may delay or block resolution. Neutral Adjudication: In the case of a dispute between multiple parties, UMW acts as a neutral intermediary until ownership is legally clarified.
We strongly believe the music ecosystem is strongest when rights holders are respected. As such, our policy strictly prohibits: Unauthorised distribution of third party content.Use of copyrighted content without obtaining the relevant licence. False ownership or abuse takedown. An infraction is punished with a level of zero tolerance and could involve the temporary or permanent loss of access to our services.
UMW Recordings Inc. will only consider claims submitted via the appropriate channels and accompanied by all required legal documents. Misuse of the copyright reporting process — including false claims or bad-faith disputes — may result in legal liability and platform sanctions.By using our services, all clients acknowledge and accept our copyright and dispute resolution terms as part of their contractual agreement with UMW Recordings Inc.
* In order for us to consider the removal of copyrighted content from our platforms, we need to receive certain details. Every allegation should be a genuine one and backed up by reasonable proof.
