Step 1: Choose Your Category
Select the type of work you want to protect:
- Music → compositions, audios, scores, arrangements, rehearsals.
- Audiovisual → videos, productions, multimedia projects.
(Recommended formats: MP3, WAV, AIFF, PDF).
💡 Note: avoid project/session files like ProTools, Logic, FL Studio, etc., as they change constantly.
Step 2: Title Your Work
Enter a clear and unique title that identifies your creation.The title will appear in your authorship certificate and on the blockchain for permanent reference.
Step 3: Upload & Encrypt Your File
- Drag and drop your file or select it via File Explorer.
- A unique file identifier (hash) will be generated automatically.
- Only an encrypted version is uploaded to the blockchain – your original remains private and secure.
Step 4: Add Participants
Protect everyone involved in the creation:
- Enter full name, role (composer, producer, musician, etc.), nationality, and ID number.
- Add as many contributors as necessary.
- Each participant is recorded, ensuring transparent credit and protection.
Step 5: Blockchain Registration & Certificate
- Once submitted, your authorship is timestamped on the blockchain.
- You receive a Digital Certificate of Authorship with traceability, transparency, and security.
- Cost: $40 per registration.
